That is my Favorite bakery in town. I have been living in this area since 2003 and keep going to Olympia Bakery to order cakes for different kind of occasions or just get pastries for my guests or taking them to work. They never disappoint me. I love their Bakery goods. They are delicious!
Honesty underrated place. Nobody around me knows about this gem of a place. Amazing customer service. Delicious bakery goods. Very beautiful cakes. Very very very affordable prices. It’s amazing God bless them!

I recently purchased some of their kolchki sold at a local Polish deli (Carpathia in Schererville IN which BTW is excellent). Half went to the birds. The fruit fillings were fine but the pastry was just...off. The texture was too bready and crumby. I'm used to the ones made with cream cheese that are denser and more toothsome. It's a shame; I won't buy them again.
