We’ve been coming to Freedom Brothers Pizza in Plainfield since we moved to the area a few years ago and have never been disappointed. My daughter is turning 3 tomorrow and wanted pizza for dinner, so of course we went to Freedom Brothers! My daughter was thrilled by the attention she was receiving from the staff and the cotton candy at the end of the meal made her entire night. It’s a great feeling when you go to a restaurant more than once and the staff recognizes you and shows you that they are truly grateful for you. Thank you so much Freedom Brothers for always being a spot for great food and excellent company!

Usually it's great, this time the 5 of weren't feeling well after starting to eat the appetizers and none of us finished even 1 slice of the Detroit style, crust was cold, dry, and hard; toppings were lukewarm at best. Perhaps it's because it was the Saturday after Thanksgiving, but neither the appetizers nor the Detroit style pizza nor the regular thin crust was very good this time.

Food is good. Service was okay. Bartenders on their phones alot at the register. Had to wave down a few times for a drink. Left shortly afterwards.

The pizza was really different but so good! We tried a pepperoni Detroit pizza, burrata and honey pizza, and a chicken Chipotle pizza. All 3 were awesome! We tried some mixed cocktails that were all delicious as well. Definitely look forward to trying some more of their unique variations of pizza in the future!

Pros- great drink list. I like that they have a plethora of NA options and lots of local craft beers. The atmosphere is fun, plenty of Halloween decorations up while we were there. The service was good and the appetizer we ordered (the Italian beef roll up thing) was good. Singo was going on while we were there and that was fun.
Not-so-pros- I found the pizza to be just okay. Wish the crust had more flavor. Also, it was LOUD in there, like too loud to hold a conversation at our table.
Overall, I might come back since a lot of the food menu looked really tempting. I got the Neapolitan pizza this visit but would like to try the Detroit style. They do trivia on Tuesday nights which would probably be fun, too.
Vegetarian options: They offered vegan cheese as a topping.

Wide variety of craft beers. Many types of pizza. I had the sting and my wife had bbq chicken. Will return to try different kinds. Our server, Jess, was very kind and great with our daughter even after she spilled milk all over the table. Update - have returned many times and always enjoy our food
The food is absolutely fire!!!!

Been there a number of times And have Always had the pizza. It is a brick oven pizza I believe and the only thing I don't like is those Brick Oven pizzas always have burnt parts of the pizza that are carbonized I like pizza but I don't like eating carbon. I know this is kind of inherent to Brick Oven pizzas but I think they can possibly cook it on the edge of the inside of the oven and not get it burnt I'm going to try to request that next time. The other horrible thing that happens at a lot of restaurants they say hey you can sit on this hardwood chair you don't eat comfort and that's what they exactly have proudly for the ease of cleaning or for you to get your ass out of that chair so they can turn over and make some more profit. Not that I'm against that but I would like to eating Comfort not pain. So I'm not saying there anything unique in that sense many places do it which is a negative. That's all.
