“I made reservations and pre ordered our pizza so what could go wrong... Almost everything! I had to wait for a booth to be cleaned , I sat down and both seats were still wet I found out when i sat down . I took napkins off another table to dry everything myself as a server walked by not offering to help. The menus were stuck to the table because nothing was dried after cleaning . And i'm not talking about little damp! We asked the server how long for our pre ordered “Deep cheese butter crust”pizza. Both me and my guest were starving coming straight from work . She said 15 minutes which seemed about right just to warm a pre ordered pizza. So after 25 minutes the server came back making excuses why the pizza wasn't done , she offered a comp appetizer so we picked what we thought was the fastest app to make ,Bruschetta . About 15 minutes later our pizza comes out before the appetizer. More excuses . We ate the pizza and boxed the bruschetta The manager never came over to apologize but he did comp most of the bill , and my niece was given a dessert for her birthday we were celebrating . It was not that busy and our order could not have been easier . The Naperville location has always been my favorite not sure what going on there but there's lots of training opportunities that should happen after this type of customer experience!“

“I really needed a latte ok two after a crazy few days. Omar our server go brought it out pronto. He took our order right away and the food was amazing. Coffee always amazing and hit the spot. “Edited, I got a refund today from the wrong transaction. Had the owner not been hostile he could have confirmed which one it was with me on the phone. Instead I got shorted. Terrible experience today. CHARGED ME TWICE, DID NOT GIVE ME A REFUND! Machine said an error with my card, i called my card company in the store upon their request there are no problems with my card. I was there was there over 50 MIN waiting for them to try to give a refund . Employee very sarcastic and gave me a thumbs up when i said i was going to give bad reviews online. May have to contest it with bank to get money back. Another employee argued with me when i said i was waiting almost an hour. Who argues with customers? I asked for something free for waiting and they acted like they were doing me a favor giving me samples to take home, she said i thought you did keto, I said yes but i can give it to my family. I had bought white bread so obviously someone was eating it. Always liked coming here for the quality of products, but i will never come back. They need to get rid of these two. Talked to the owner today he called me. He was angry and defensive the whole time. He is very rude! Needs to take an anger management class. Didn't even hear out my complaint, but was yelling and said I wasn't welcome back and hung up on me! Believe me I do not want to go back! Where is my refund! Your employees should know the ingredients in your products, what if someone had an allergy and became ill because of wrong information given. I was told the gluten free flour was made from almond flour. Had I not come back in because I forgot something i wouldnt have known that wasnt true. All they needed to do was exchange one bread for another instead of trying to refund me unsuccessfully and then recharging me.“

“Had a wonderful dinner celebrating a friend’s birthday. Great service, excellent food. Just wish it wasn’t so loud and they had more parking.“

“We enjoyed a delicious meal on our way home. My meal was the spicy Asian beef and my partner enjoyed the penne rose pasta. Both dishes were done perfectly and brought out to our table. The restaurant interior itself was pretty sparse and didn't quite create an inviting atmosphere.“

“I made an online order last night for pick-up in store and, even though I had to wait for a few minutes, the staff in the kitchen moved like clockwork. Much kudos to their hard work! And the management kept a great eye on both the customers and the young employees.
I learned from a fellow customer while waiting that they had just filled a 30+ item order and were catching up on regular orders. Despite the rush, a staff member kindly brought me my order when it was completed and returned back to filling orders. This Noodles & Company has come a long way from two years ago! They even got the salad order correct (something they've struggled with in the past)! Keep up the great work, team! I'll be coming here again soon!

Vegetarian options: Wisconsin Mac & Cheese (very tasty), Impossible panko chicken add-ons, the salads, among others (those are just my favorites)
