The Clifton is becoming one of our favorite date night place. We went last night for some appetizers before the “A Christmas Carol” play at PCHS. Every time we’ve been there we have had the most amazing service & the food is impeccably delicious!
Everything was perfection. You can taste the care and craft in each dish. An absolute gem in the suburbs.

The Clifton is a new restaurant where guests can enjoy a dine-in experience with mixed drinks. The food is fresh and wonderful, with a recommended Wagyu burger and Blueberry Cheesecake. It has become a favorite date night spot for many. Guests have enjoyed appetizers before events at the nearby PCHS, noting the amazing service and delicious food. The restaurant features a private room for small gatherings and is accommodating to dietary restrictions and kids, including a changing table in one of the gender-neutral bathrooms. Located in downtown Plainfield, it also offers a parking lot in the back. The atmosphere is lovely, with a nice bar and seating, although some found the music a bit mainstream. With great service and a welcoming vibe, visitors are eager to return.
