Our new dunking in Mechanicsville Virginia on Meadow Bridge Road is absolutely horrible half the time they don’t have most of the coffees brewed and if you ask for them, there are one or two employees that literally over the speaker moan and grunt at you because they’re annoyed, you’re asking they are so rude and so slow it’s a shame because the coffee is really good but the employees make it a horrible experience at that store
I tried to contact them several times and no one will return my email. The customer service number only has non English speaking people on the other line. And the app service is down for weeks Dunkin is getting worse.
