I honestly love coming to this Starbucks over the main one that’s also in Yorkville. The people who work here are friendlier and I’m always met with kindness whenever I order here. I do wish they were better staffed especially during busier times. I really think it’s unfair that there’s only 1-2 staff members at a time and then suddenly it gets slammed and the staff are working under high stress conditions. 5 stars for the staff and the drinks, but I will say these Starbucks...read full review
I had a great experience. The staff was very helpful especially my barista, Julian. I didn’t know the name of the drink I wanted, but he was patient and helped me figure it out while I described it. My drink was made quickly and efficiently, and everything turned out great. I’m very satisfied with the service.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but today’s visit to Starbucks deserves the attention. Unfortunately, they were out of a few items (which is understandable with the fall launch), but what stood out was the way the barista, Amany, handled everything.
