Small town vibes, with great beer. I am admittedly bias, but it's by far the best beer in town.

We have never been to Princeton before and so glad we discovered this small town and this brewery. They have been opened for about 4 months. It is owned by three friends from the area. It has plenty of indoor seating at the bar or at tables and a small outdoor area. The brewery is housed in an old historic building , and the exposed brick provides a glimpse of history. They did not have any growlers or cans to purchase yet, but they are working on it. They also do not have a website yet. They do not have any ciders, my usual go to drink, so I tried two of the seltzers, Kiwi Strawberry and Pricky Pear Guava. My husband tried the Daydream - a Mango Pineapple Wheat and the Harvest Moon. Our servers , (one was training and it was her first day) were so nice and surprised and excited this was our first time in Princeton. We will definitely return when we are at Woodhaven Lakes, a short 30 min drive.

It is delightful to me to be able to drink, local brewed, clean, non-pasteurized, additive free delicious beers in my hometown of Princeton, Illinois. When you see how many interesting different brews they come up with you will be happy that you came also.

Great relaxing place with a nice assortment of craft beers and excellent service. Our server Danny was very friendly and very helpful in helping me decide what to order. Tasted the sour beer but settled for the Weissbier Hefeweizen.

Delicious beers and super friendly people. Nice to sit at the open window and drink a beer on a lovely evening. Cozy atmosphere - happy we have a brewery in town.
