We have never been to Princeton before and so glad we discovered this small town and this brewery. They have been opened for about 4 months. It is owned by three friends from the area. It has plenty of indoor seating at the bar or at tables and a small outdoor area. The brewery is housed in an old historic building , and the exposed brick provides a glimpse of history. It is delightful to me to be able to drink, local brewed, clean, non-pasteurized, additive free delicious beers in my hometown of Princeton, Illinois. When you see how many interesting different brews they come up with you will be happy that you came also.

Great relaxing place with a nice assortment of craft beers and excellent service. Our server Danny was very friendly and very helpful in helping me decide what to order. Tasted the sour beer but settled for the Weissbier Hefeweizen.
