Seemed like an older DQ was afraid didn't take cards, but got to window said yes. Got my 2 dogs and peanut buster parfait, all was great. Took a little bit but hey you got to put it together, I was satisfied with my service. Not a huge drive thru but my 2500 ram did no problem

I really love this dairy Queen so much! I think they would still have business year-round but it is a seasonal thing. Also sometimes I don't order through the app and I just go in person and order and I would appreciate it if I was asked if I wanted a receipt as you can scan the receipt to get points. On several occasions I have not gotten a receipt and had forgotten to ask for one.

Ordered an âunsweetened tea with sweetenerâ received drink then ask for sweetener. âWe donât have sweetenersâ ask if the were going to open lobby so I could use bathroom. After 11- Sent me to ace hardware. They kept my money and drink.

Worse service ever!!! They weren't only slow at getting my food but they decided to server a family of 6 before me when my buddy was just served before me (it would be Smarter to take the order of one singular person before a family of 6) , once I got my food I had to wait 5 minutes for my drink even... Y'all should be shameful

Ordered 4 things. My mocha moolate was literally Hersey syrup milkshake. Nothing like a moolatte is supposed to be. Threw it out after 4 sips. Gave us two expired coupons for downloading the app. Neither worked.
