Great place, wonderful owners, amazing selection
Awesome place to hang-out, enjoy a drink, meet new people or buy a bottle to take home! Nick and his team make you feel like family. Highly recommend the Old Fashion & the Blackberry Whiskey Sour for a cocktail, or try a pour from their extensive whiskey menu!

Barrel Society is a fantastic little bar in Princeton, known for its incredible selection of whiskey, beer, and handcrafted cocktails. It is the premiere whiskey establishment in North Central Illinois, a perfect place to try different whiskeys and bourbons. The owner is friendly and knowledgeable, and there is always a friendly, laid-back crowd. The building and decor create a great atmosphere to relax. It is a wonderful cocktail bar and a definite hangout spot for anyone, often with great food trucks. It is the bar to be at for a unique and welcoming experience.
