Miss Betsy's is a delightful small donut shop located behind a parking lot next to Myrtle's Pies in Princeton. This cute walk-in shop offers delicious donuts and a wide variety of traditional items and treats to pick from, including homemade Danish and cinnamon rolls. There are rotating monthly flavors as well. Everything tastes fresh and homemade, with specific praise for the excellent whipped cream filled long John with chocolate icing. The owner is amazing, sweet, and friendly, often explaining the different fillings. Prices are extremely reasonable. The shop is closed Tuesday and Wednesday, and it is advisable to hurry in by 1pm and check the Facebook page as they sometimes sell out.
