It's been a while but these pies are soooooo delicious 😋. You must visit.
It's a cute little shop. The pies are really good. The Key lime rivals anything in Florida and I love the lemon meringue and custard pies as well. It's a very popular place, but keep an eye out for hours. They're only open until 2 on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
I visited yesterday. I was a tourist in Princeton. Most amazing pies I’ve ever had. I bought the French silk, I loved it. The banana cream pie I think is my favorite. I regret not buying more flavors. I also bought the root beer cookies! I really love how fresh the cookies felt and tasted. I’ll be back in July to get more! The owner was so nice by the way! You can tell he works very hard and he’s personable with everyone. Exceptional service, truly!
Small old place but terrific pies best I've ever had
Very beautiful pies. Can't wait to bake our pie. Offers a wide variety of fruit pies. A d has a little bit of seating for you have a slice with ice cream.
The best bakery in the area for pie, cinnamon rolls, and more. Get here early or you'll miss out. Of course, you can always order ahead.
I would list all the pies we've tried, but they're all simply divine. My personal favorite so far is Rum Chata. And the cinnamon rolls... I dream about them. It's an unhealthy relationship, to be honest. But I'll go out of my way to get em. And you should, too.
Amazing... delicious!!! What a gem in the heart of Princeton.
We got a strawberry ruebarb pie for a local fundraiser auction. Well the first bite of crust taste like grease out of the can. This was our first pie from here ever and I doubt I will ever buy directly from here. What a big disappointment

Mmmm, pie. We had chocolate peanut butter and custard. Both were excellent. We came down from Chicago and it was worth the trip.

This place is a breath of fresh air in the Illinois Valley. Rhubarb custard pie was fab! Lavender lemonade was delicious as well! 10/10 loved the service, and dining atmosphere.
What a fun place to hang. Oh yeah, and the pie.....ahmaaazing!! I had basic apple pie, but believe me when I say there is nothing basic about the flavor. Reminds of my Grandma's, but better (sorry Grandma.) Everything was delish, from the flaky crust to the perfectly spiced apple filling. I live an hour away, but planning my next trip back soon. Yummmmmmm!

What a hidden gem in Princeton Illinois!
Only open Friday thru Sunday.. this gem makes some of the best pies I have ever had.
The owner loves what he does and it shows . They offer a wide selection of fruit and creme pies. You can also call in advance if there is a flavor you are craving or if you want a gluten free crust.
Prices are very reasonable. We sat inside and had the lemon meringue and banana creme. Both were fantastic.
Purchased a few cinnamon rolls and a key lime pie to go.
Will definitely be back!
