Food ok, not a lot of flavor for BBQ. Only one sauce option. No one from our party raved about their food. Fries burnt. Probably won’t be back unless they up their game.

$13 for a single patty bacon cheeseburger with no sides and water. The burger was nicely cooked and served on a dried out bun. Staff seems to be sorely lacking in attentiveness. Overall, they may be asking too much of the kids they have working here, or just completely lack management direction. I hate to leave a bad review, but the last several times we have been in here, the experience has been similarly disappointing if not worse. Kind of feels like they just dont care about their food or their service overall. Hope they improve. They could have a great thing going here in Princeton, where there are few other choices.

Service is very nice, but it takes a while to get your food. But their food has always been very good so we don't mind the wait.

So good! I wish they were open more days of the week but also would be even chunkier if they were. Excellent food and lots of choices.

Had the 1/2 lb.combo with baked beans and cornbread. This was my 3rd visit. They served me 2 thin in every way slices of brisket, and I do mean thin. The pulled pork was dry and needed a lot of sauce. The sauce was nothing special and they only had 1 flavor. It was all eat able but far from what a good BBQ joint should be. I'm probably not going back. Way to many other places to eat.

Got waited on fairly fast. But took almost a half hour to get our food and there was only one other table of 5 people. Once we got our food and were done, waited 10 minutes for waitress to bring our check. I finally had to go find her. Won't go back again, due to service.

The food is actually pretty good, as well as the ambiance. The service is good too. The only thing I would say is the hours are very weird. Overall, a good business.

The food was cold and the beer was warm:( owner waited on us, took our money for the bill and decided to keep our change. Very disappointing

We got brisket sandwiches but they had no seasonings or sauce at all and not very good flavor, quite dry, also the buns seemed like the cheapest someone could possibly get. Maybe will try something different but only being open a few days a week is

First time at this restaurant! Food was good, best bbq I ever had? No, however the server was very prompt, polite and attentive. The food was good, I had the 1/2 lb combo, brisket, and pulled pork with baked beans and spicy cornbread. The beans and cornbread came out hot like out of the overn. The meats were good. Pork was a tad dry, but I nailed it with their spicy bbq sauce, which had a perfect amount of spice to it, not too hot. Brisket was tender as well. Wife had the trio of sliders, which she really enjoyed, and a side of sweet potato waffle fries, which they made fresh, so they were piping hot too. I would go back, the atmosphere was welcoming and the food was good.
