An impromptu decision to stop by the Privilege bar this evening after a long work day turned out to be the best decision for a relaxing evening. The bar located at the rooftop of the Mondrian Itaewon in Seoul only opens from 6pm and we arrived half an hour earlier but the staff on duty was accommodating to allow us to take a seat and have a look around. Great panoramic view and we arrived just in time to catch the sunset. Love the vibe and music choice. Met with Tobbig Shin, F&B Assistant / Bar Manager who arrived from Singapore after a short stint doing a pop up in Mondrian Singapore. Highly recommend to try their signature cocktail “The P.T (Privilege Gin & Tonic)”, 5 stars for creativity and distinct taste, the pairing of Sonbi Gin and tonic. Jay, the Bartender served us and he graciously included a very detailed introduction - Sonbi Gin is distilled from 100% corn. Made with 10 botanicals including juniper, Schisandra berries, Chinese licorice, grains of paradise, cassia, green cardamom, coriander, lemon peel, orris root, and Angelica root. We had a second cocktail at their recommendation, Sun & Moon, made with Tokki Soju Black Label, Roasted Barley, Lemon, Pineapple and Crafted Moon Candy. Will definitely be back the next time I’m in Seoul!

The drink is very very fantastic. Also, the professional bar tender made a really nice customized drink for me. Flavor was wonderful, and the smell also beautiful.

Sexy place with fireplace in the middle, cosy atmosphere, very nice rooftop and views. Was a great experience, hotel is nice too, needs a taxi for easy reach however. Bar is great. Staff was great. Great Ameretto Sours and the seaweed crackers. Only recommendation is to offer a glass of water before the guest orders drinks. Usually a nice touch most hig-end bars do.

Came from city centre especially for rooftop view, but downstairs and at the reception says that there is a dress code. That's ok, but why it doesn't say anyway, neither here or on Google maps. Even website doesn't work!

My friend and I made a special trip to the Privilege Bar. We made a reservation for 7pm. Greeted by hostess and seated immediately. Excellent selection of cocktails, and good to very good bar food. Great music in the background as well. Outside was open, but too cold to be usable. Very nice and fun place to go for lite food, and good drinks. Nice views, good people watching. Overall fun.

Mom, sister and I went out for girls night and we had a beautiful time here in Privilege bar located in Mondrian hotel, Itaewon. This bar has great selection of drinks including creative cocktails and whiskey, even mocktail for my mom. Fancy interior and friendly staffs here made our night. Special thanks to manager Julia. Went with my friend for ladies night on Thursday night. Drink was awesome, all the staffs were very well trained especially our server Jenny was very lovely and friendly. I’ve been here a few times now and every time I come here all the bartenders have been so lovely and helpful. I especially like to compliment on Ki who has been so friendly to me and my friends. The drinks are very good, and made to request. And the bartenders ask for smallest details for the drink preferences. Overall satisfied with the services. Can’t wait to come back in the summer for the rooftop
