Don't let looks deceive you! Was tempted to walk out after being ignored by the waitress for an extended time but the bartender took pity on us and took our other. Everything was homemade and delicious. Will definitely be back.
Have been here a few times, and each time have had good service. I think your experience here depends on the food you order. The burgers are very good, arguably might be in my top 10 burgers of all time list, but the chicken Parmesan is below average.

My work team and I went to Union Ale House to take part in their Wednesday night trivia competition. We had a fun time. There is something on the menu for everyone and lots of drink choices too. The food was tasty. Service was good, which for a group of our size was impressive. The only two criticisms I had were that the bathroom could use improvement and the parking lot needs help. Not enough spaces to park and I parked by a very scary looking ditch. We'd definitely go back again.
