Papa John's advertises a fluffy crust and indeed their crust is nice and fluffy. Plenty of cheese. A little skimpy on the toppings. Marinara sauce is bland. I also ordered some garlic knots and they were still impressively hot when they arrived. They were soft but didn't have nearly enough garlic flavoring.

Given the number of negative reviews, I ordered a stuff-crust pizza, wings and cheesesticks for pickup so I could inspect in the store. Everything was made exactly on time. Everything was made perfectly and very delicious. I haven't enjoyed a PJ's pizza this much in a long time.
