Don’t bother getting the Waygu burger at Arbys … looks nothing like the picture …the Waygu burger was burnt and dried out. I called and spoke to a manager and she had an attitude about it and told me “it can’t be burnt we drop it for a minute and a half “… well it IS burnt and dry and awful … what?? How are these cooked ??? We can’t have fried food on our diet so you fry them. ??? Or microwave them ??? You need to adjust how these are made . And someone needs...read full review

I would like to thank employee Pamela for taking my order wrong and giving me not what I asked for. I don't know how you misunderstood beef cheddar with a double beef sandwich. I do I want to thank you for the most wonderful job of spending more time talking to your friends inside the store than taking care of the only customer you all had at. 8:06pm. I asked for a number 10 and got a number 1. thanks
