“I am fed up with this place. Very poor customer service!!! This is the 3rd time they have screwed up my order for bagels for a holiday gathering. I placed an order 8 days ago and when I arrived to pick it up was told that they didn't have all the bagels, specifically the everything and chocolate chip ones, I ordered because of "supply chain" problems and had to substitute other bagels without bothering to call me and ask what I wanted instead. Meanwhile, the pickup order next to mine on the counter had everything bagels listed on their order. So apparently she just lied to my face. I had called yesterday to add 2 blueberry bagels to my existing order only to be told today that they don't have any more bagels at all. Apparently they don't have any concept of how to plan ahead to be able to fulfill existing orders prior to selling all their product to walk-ins. Don't bother ordering ahead, they won't have what you ordered anyway. And I just checked my order. Not only did they do all of the above but they also shorted me a bagel. So I paid for 18 and only got 17, 7 of which were not what I ordered! Inexcusable! Beyond annoyed! I'm done!“

I changed my rating because the final charge was the amount we had discussed so THANK YOU and I acknowledge and appreciate the promptness 😁
I called my order in and asked for the half gallon of spaghetti and garlic bread she informed me about the family feast including that and a large soda and sub sandwich when I asked how much she said $36.50 after taxes so I agreed picked up my order got home about 25mins drive and after we eat the wonderful food I got on my banking app....... $45.63 was charged by La Gondola's!!!! What in the world am I being charged over $9 for when I picked up my order so no delivery charges.... I'm confused and I will be contesting the amount you charged too!! This is crazy“

“Customer service was excellent. Two weeks in a row we have gone there for late supper. Grandsons played hockey so we didn’t arrive til 8pm….and we had a group of 8 one week and 11 this week. Got there at 8 and we were able to eat. Only 2 people were working and we were very pleased with our service. The girl at the counter was super pleasant and very friendly. Food was good and hot as well. Thumbs up to you for a job well done. We thank you for your friendly service and good food. We will be back!!“
