“Staff Manager Christine was the best! Traveling from Chicago to St. Louis, my granddaughter left a very special stuffed animal in the the play room. Didn’t notice it was gone until we were back in St. Louis. Called the branch in Rantoul Il and told Christine of our mistake. On her own time and expense she had it mailed to us by the end of the day! Unbelievably kind!! Good Luck in life Christine!!“

“Thanks to the lady there I think she was the supervisor for noon today my handicap brother was short of money on his order she helped him and she put money on his order I went to pay her back she said not to worry about it I want to say thank you again your awesome and I think you deserve a a day off with pay“
