We had a huge order. $237 worth. We tried calling it in, nobody picked up the phone. Finally got the order through on the app, and the staff either lied to us, or didn't care enough to check and see that we wanted the order ready at 12, and not 10am. When I called and asked about it, they said "It didn't show up in their system". I have proof via email that we put it in at 12. We even called the restaurant the week prior and they said to just put it in the day off to avoid issues....read full review
