I just left here and was helped by a Woman who was incredibly kind and helpful. I came in, not knowing what I was ordering, but I was ordering it for my Fiancé who saw it on a TikTok. I felt so stupid trying to order it, but she was so nice helping me get made correctly. i wish i had gotten her name but I just left there at about 7:25pm tonight. I hope she is recognized for being a great employee
The customer service these ladies exemplified is top notch. They are pleasant and even a small gesture with a young lady bringing me my drink while I work on my laptop goes a long way. Thank you ladies.

Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has a staff that is always so nice, incredibly kind, and helpful. The customer service is top notch, with pleasant employees who provide amazing service. The staff is engaging, and a black apron lady made nice coffee. The drinks are always made fresh, and customers appreciate the variety of drinks and low carb breakfast options. The location has good WiFi and is clean, with 10/10 vibes. However, there is an issue with ice packed in the parking lot for over a week, which is getting pretty dangerous. Customers keep coming back for their pick me up.
