“Food and ambience at Yolk was great. We were here for a celebratory brunch and enjoyed our time. All the entrees tasted good. The only complaint was that the tables are too close and there was an extra chatty group next to us which was disturbing. Would be nice to keep larger groups in a different section since the restaurant is not that small.“

“Ravenswood Breakfast House is a cute and quite small breakfast and brunch place. Good coffee, great breakfast dishes. My favorite is their Basil Omelette, but everything I have had on their menu has been delicious! Service is fast and friendly. Remember, the dining area is small. Not a place for large groups, but a great breakfast place nonetheless.Kid-friendliness: From my observations, Ravenswood Breakfast House welcomes children of any age. This is a small restaurant with a small dining area, so it's not great for kids who like to get out of the chair and run around, but they are otherwise accommodating for families with kids.“

“So happy I randomly selected this place! I got the breakfast avocado club. So yummy, full of flavor, and fresh ingredients. The other patrons in the restaurant had clean plates, too. The service was great, super quick and friendly. This is a great place to go for a quick bite to eat, catch up with a friend, or a "treat yourself" date!!“

“Its a great restaurant, been here many of times, upon my last visit our waitress was an older white woman with bleached blond hair! She was mad because the customers were done eating but hadn't gotten up from the table! Complaining about she's tired and ready to go home. I thought it was unprofessional! And!!!!! She didn't even get our order correct. I enjoy the restaurant, but I definitely don't want her to serve me anymore!“

“Their gentleman’s spud was fantastic. A coating of crunchy shredded hash browns covers the omelet, giving it a distinctive look. The omelet has freshly cut onions, green peppers, and mushrooms along with well-seasoned steak. There is flavorful, gooey cheese in every bite because the cheese is well distributed.“

“My family and I went today and the service was amazing! There was this friendly old man server who was so kind and always asked if we needed anything. He was super sweet and made sure we got everything we needed. The staff is so friendly and welcoming to everyone. The food portion is so worth the price as well! Definitely they don’t skip out on anything. I highly recommend having brunch here and will be back again with my family!“

“Maria is the best server at this place. You can tell she has a lot of experience on the job and is very dedicated to pleasing the customer with their hungry needs. I also will like to give a shout out to Ely he makes great coldbrews and always has a smile on his face. The only thing I miss is their manager Grace she was also a great person. If you go to the restaurant you will have a good experience and good quality of food. On another note the food a bit overpriced but I guess inflation plays a part.“

“Awesome affordable quick breakfast. I happened to order at a time where the kitchen had no other tickets, and this plate was served hot in just two minutes. $6 mimosas, too! Quick friendly service, cool decor, and noticeably spotless. Murals and brightly colored furniture all around, and great music playing. Do not miss this stop!“

“What a fun little spot! Restaurant layout/dining area is a little awkward - we only noticed this when a couple with a giant (expensive) stroller came in. Menu was ample! Lots of choices all with an interesting flair. Drink as well as food specials. My husband and I both ordered an Irish Espresso (see pic below). The beverage was cold (probably because there was like 8oz of whipped cream on top). It was strong and good...just cold. Maybe offer in a smaller mug?My husband had thr frittata (which was beautifully plated - he refused to let me take a picture of it because he was hungry). I had the chilaquiles - also delicious. Service was good. Everyone seemed very kind. Would definitely come here again!“

“A fairly nice breakfast cafe with ample seating. Food is reasonably priced with ample portions, pancakes have a lot of added vanilla but I think that helped them stand out and be a bit tastier.Self branded hot sauce at the table is a nice touch and the habenero stuff was very flavorful.Comparing to the other options around wicker/ bucktown, I wouldn't put it on top, but it's a solid pick, if you're out early.“
