First Watch is a great little place for a holiday lunch meeting or a Saturday morning meal. The food is fantastic, amazing, and very good, with dishes cooked to perfection. Specific excellent meals include the biscuits and gravy, the fried donuts with Nutella and strawberries for dessert, and the double bacon parmesan hash. The bacon is to die for. The Tangerine dream drink is very tasty. The Bloody Mary is the best and the coffee is really good.
The atmosphere is very chill but can be very loud because the place is always way busy and packed. It gets busy, with waits for a table, though sometimes service is quick. Service is usually a little off due to the crowds, but can also be great and exceptional. A downside is that they can be slow to clean tables with dirty dishes while people are waiting to be seated. Parking is insane. The restaurant is highly recommended and many customers state they will be back.
