I normally have no problem with this place. but time extremely mad with the fact that I just paid 4.95 for a medium macha and theres so much ice in it tye guy couldn't even shut it and I can even get a straw in it. so what did I really pay for here? 6ozs I'm really annoyed by it. kinda want a free drink without ice in it to replace what I just bought

Dunkin' has improved its service with friendly team members. While their coffee is a bit expensive, the original blend is worth it. The vegetarian egg white bites are recommended. Donuts might not be the best, but that's expected. Outstanding customer service was experienced, with a special mention to a staff member named Victoria. A minor issue with a bagel order was noted, but overall, Dunkin' seems to be a good spot to visit.
