Ordered food and a Medium Mocha frap w 2 shots of espresso no whip. Sat and waited. Got food, was told the machine was cleaning and had to wait 10min. 20min later I walk up to the counter where all the employees were chilling and having drinks. Asked about my frap. The girl that told me to wait then remembered and asked me to reminder her what I had. She gave me a Medium Caramel no espresso.
They have very few workers and the food and drinks get screwed up a lot. For instance there has been multiple occasions where we have ordered drinks that ended up being wrong, having no ice, and tasted weird like the Dr pepper recently tasting like it has coffee in It.
