Ordered using the app for drive thru. The dude at the window, mind you this is 8:10am and they were not busy at all, hands me half the order and walks away. I have to get his attention to come back and asked, politely, where the rest of my order is. He rolls his eyes, shuts the window and walks away. A minute later a different employee comes back with the rest of my order.There was confusion on cream cheese for the bagel. I pull over, go in, to figure it out and instead of being helpful he was all piss and sass.I'll not be going back there. Plenty of other options.

Needed a ice coffee fix n bagel with cream cheese on a very cold day. Ordered ahead for points. Thank you workers who braved the cold for work. Workers shouldn't be penalized due to poor weather conditions... Safety should always be first...

Employees can't give the right size straws for a drink. They put the wrong lids on drinks. When you ask for no or little ice in your drink the cup is not even close to being full but you pay 7 bucks for a drink! Or ask for no mocha and they make a mistake and put mocha in your drink but let them know you didn't want it they get and attitude.

Very disappointed I ordered a jelly filled a handful of munchkins and a chocolate frosting long john and they were all shoved in a bag and almost all the chocolate frosting is off the long john on all the other donuts and when I went to call in they don't have a number listed on Google.

Super sad. My friend has never had Baskin-Robbins ice-cream, he's 57. We have been trying to get ice-cream for 3 weeks now and they still don't have any. It's the second week of June. Y'all sell ice-cream ?. I am so disappointed.

Phone hasn’t worked for a month which is significant with recurring operational issues. Two visits ago we drove over, after trying to call first to confirm, the doors were randomly locked with no signage hung on the door to provide an explanation or eta on when it will be open. And our most recent trip was a total bummer because there was a sign hung on the Baskin Robbins drive-thru menu which said “no ice cream available”.
Please pick up the phone and return calls, please stop getting door dash orders wrong and please add napkins to orders in the drive thru. Thank you.

Rude staff.. We decided to go there for breakfast. We choose to go through the drive thur as we were in a rush that morning. I told them that I had forgot my glasses (totally my fault) and couldn't see the menu. I asked what type of breakfast sandwiches did they have. I didn't think it would be a problem for them to let me know what they have..they replied with everything we have is on the menu.
