Ordered using the app for drive thru. The dude at the window, mind you this is 8:10am and they were not busy at all, hands me half the order and walks away. I have to get his attention to come back and asked, politely, where the rest of my order is. He rolls his eyes, shuts the window and walks away. Needed a ice coffee fix n bagel with cream cheese on a very cold day. Ordered ahead for points. Thank you workers who braved the cold for work. Workers shouldn't be penalized due to poor weather conditions... Safety should always be first...

can't make a single order correctly. everytime i ask for xyz they either put something completely different in it or just don't put anything i request in at all. snotty and ignorant when asked things
