“Hadn’t been here for about five years and the only thing that changed was the side the brunch items were located. The food was still very good and the staff was outstanding. Emma was our server and she was very attentive to all the tables she was responsible for. Highly recommend and please check out the specials they have throughout the week.“

“It's really a great place to relax...the Halloween decorations are over the top..very well done...food is very good. Just had a bacon cheeseburger, but it was better than most places...bacon was perfect. Waitress is about as nice and friendly as you can get. Just made you feel welcomed and so friendly... she just had great manners... I wish I had got her name. I would 100% recommend if you have never been there before. Great place to watch a game. “I was at the bar when the incident occurred with the customer vaping. Owner asked him politely to please not vape. The customer was unnecessarily offended even though there were signs stating no smoking or vaping. Riverside is very friendly and welcoming- veterans included. Great food, great staff!“

“So about 9 almost 10 years ago I met this nice lady named Kristi she came with a friend that did a guest spot at my tattoo shop in La Crosse, WI. My husband was down there about a month or two ago he came to that bar and she remembered my husband even after he lost over 200lbs. Every time I come down to Illinois I am going to end up here. “We were seated very quickly and the waitress came out in about 5 minutes, took our drink order, brought it in about 10 but NEVER seen her again. Finally after 30 minutes of waiting we asked for a new server. They moved us to a new server and he was fantastic (wish I could remember his name). The sad part is the waitress didn’t have many tables and just kept disappearing. Anyways, she lost out on a $65 dollar tip. My husband had the meatloaf and said it was horrible!!! And he eats anything! River House has gone downhill since we were last there about year and half ago. No wonder they weren’t that busy last night and we got seated immediately“

“I had an amazing experience at the Milan Hy-Vee Market Grille! I stopped in for dinner and ordered the jalapeño burger. It was absolutely fantastic. Perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor. The food here is top-notch, and the half-price starters make it even better. If you enjoy a drink, they also have half-price beer weekdays from 3-6, which is a great deal. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the service was excellent. I’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend!“

“Was here on a Monday driving through for work. Place was quiet. The service was friendly. The food was fast and quite good. I had the Rueben with tots. I was shocked at how good the rueben was. It was not all fatty like many places like to serve. I will definitely eat here again if I'm in the area.“

“We had Will from Hy-Vee in Moline (Avenue of the Cities) cater our wedding food. Will is very knowledgeable of the policies, options, and how to cater large events, yet he was still able to make us feel like we were his only customer. We did a food tasting and he was great with feedback and helped us come up with food options that worked for us. As we got closer to the wedding, it was easy to work on timing, planning, and payment with him. The food was great! The service was great! We even had guests complimenting on the food options and the staff that were catering that day. They were very personable and treated all guests as people, not just numbers.
