“Only good thing about this place is the view. Went last night to celebrate a birthday and I spent more time waiting for my beer than being able to sit down and enjoy my time. 10+ minute wait for a beer with only 5 People around the bar is pretty ridiculous. Needless to say I was pretty upset by the end of the night.“

“Came for the five dollar burger baskets on Monday. We had excellent service. The burger baskets were amazing. They accommodated our group of 10 with a smile. We will definitely be coming back. Shout out to our waitress Becky. She did an excellent job.“

“My family and I were very well accommodated by Colleen (manager) and Erica (server/bartender) for what was an amazing area to host a graduation dinner for family and friends. This private, elegant area would also make a great space for bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, etc. I was obsessed and we were so so lucky to have exceptional service for a short-notice event. We enjoyed the broad selection of drinks from the bar and the delicious food. My favorites were the Mo’ Dough appetizer and the Fowl Play turkey sandwich.“

The atmosphere is like stepping back in time with the great aroma of their signature loose meat sandwiches. The friendliest staff I have ever encountered. This place is clean and inviting. Small tight parking lot. I always stop here when I’m passing through.“

“the owner, manager, head chef came to our table while my wife was at salad bar and asked if he could get me something from soup/salad bar (I walk with a cane and was waiting for wife to return) SURE, you can bring some soup, which he did- now where else would this service happen only at Welcome Inn in Milan!!!! “Karena the young lady who was working in the cafe this morning (May 18,2026) was one of the friendliest and nicest people I have ever come across in cafes! So pleasant to deal with. And made delicious coffee! This is in contrast to a young lady who was working on Sunday ( Aubrianna, I think her name was) she was in such a bad mood. Like she didn’t even want to be there. She didn’t make eye contact or say hello! She just said “ what cha want.” I left without even getting coffee and walked 2 blocks to another cafe.“

“Our food is always excellent. This time we do have a couple of mini complaints! My husband's filet was more cooked than Medium and dry. Still had a great flavor but as always. My 2 lobster tails were small. Both of them were the size of one lobster the last time. That was disappointing since I raved about the lobster to everyone. Our server was Ryan. He was very attentive. We were his first table. But then he spent a lot of time with a couple that sat after us, in back of us. The woman would not shut up! You could tell he was not interested and tried to walk away. She didn't care he had other tables. Someone else brought our food out. It was medium hot or it would have been sent back.“
