I sent the email below to ABC Catering back in October. This is actually the 3rd email I’ve sent and I still haven’t gotten any kind of response from them. When I call they say someone will call me back or email back and I still haven’t gotten any response. ABC catering ruined my wedding day in August! When taking money and promising a service in return you need to be sure that you provide that service fully. Obviously things happen in life and that’s understandable but if you are unable to uphold your end of the deal you need to be sure you’re rectifying the situation promptly and respectfully. On a day as special as a wedding it’s unacceptable for the bride and groom to spend their time wondering if/when their guests will be able to eat. Please work on making this better.
