We had our mini wedding reception dinner at Abreo, and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Krystle went above and beyond with communication with us before we went, and was really flexible and accommodating when I needed to change some things a little before the day. The food was amazing, all of our guests were so impressed with both the food and the restaurant, and Krystle and chef Paul worked with us to make a delicious wedding cake for dessert. Thank you for topping off a fabulous day!

I loved my dining experience at this restaurant. The atmosphere was relaxed and I liked the warm lighting. Our waiter gave us excellent menu recommendations. I thought the shrimp gnocchi was delicious and seasoned very well. Everything was robust in flavor. I liked the creme brulee dessert too. It was beautifully topped with slivered almonds and blueberries. The custard itself had a little lemon zest that paired perfectly with vanilla. I can tell this restaurant prepares every dish very carefully. They pay attention to detail. I highly recommend this restaurant if you want to try something out in Rockford. Very friendly staff too! 10/10!

The atmosphere right away was drop dead gorgeous, we were waited on quickly and our server Dan was obviously a seasoned pro. He knew all there was to know about wine, and offered me his recommendation when I wasn't sure what to get. The food is great, fresh, vivid, flavorful and you leave without feeling too full.

Food was excellent. Service was outstanding (thanks Abraham). Cocktail selections were interesting in a good way. Had deviled eggs (chili crisp on top was so good), panna cotta with beets (unexpected preparation and absolutely delicious), seared tuna, apple salad, the cod with coconut curry (cod was perfectly cooked and seasoned and the curry was well balanced), the morel pappardelle special (perfect seasonal deliciousness), and the chili donuts for dessert (yum). We decided on the hour drive to Rockford over the same (+) drive into Chicago and were not disappointed. Will definitely be back.
