Tonight was the second time I've arrived before 8:30 PM and found the doors locked. Tonight the Open signs were still lit. When I pointed at the sign an employee turned it off and went back to sweeping the floor. Too bad because BR is my favorite ice cream, but I won't be making plans to go back anytime soon.

This was so delicious, I just had plain chocolate scoops! Heavenly!

If comedy and ice cream had a baby, it would be my trip to 31 Flavors in Rockford. We rolled in craving pistachio like it was a matter of national security, and who comes to the rescue? Emme. An absolute hero in the world of kid scoops.

She didn’t just hand us ice cream, she delivered it like a Michelin-starred performance, complete with the grace of a ballerina and the speed of a NASCAR pit crew. I half expected confetti to fall from the ceiling when those pistachio cones hit our hands.

The ice cream? Creamy perfection. The service? Legendary. Emme deserves her own flavor at this point, something between “Rockford Rockstar Ripple” and “Pistachio Queen Supreme, maybe call it “6 - 7?”

If you ever find yourself in Rockford, skip the cornfields and head straight here. And when you do, ask for Emme. She turns a simple scoop into a five-star experience.

Great ice cream, as always, and great service. My son and I love coming here, and he appreciates the flavor selection, as do I. They’re very very busy on Sundays, as they pull a huge church crowd from one of the largest churches in the area. You may not get a seat on Sunday, and they have limited seating indoors. They do have some outdoor seating as well, and I can’t fault them for being busy. Overall, they’re close to me so we come here often, and it’s consistent. I would just avoid the Sunday church crowd rush and you should be fine.

Still a great place to go for ice cream! When I was younger, I worked at Baskin-Robbins. To me, the ice cream tastes identical to what it did all those years ago. That is very impressive! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, parking was ample, the store appeared to be clean and free of random garbage. I'm looking forward to getting more!

The service was disappointing, and after reading some of the comments, it all adds up. This time, the attitude came from a particularly “bright” shirt wearing male.

Me: “do you have Cherry Jubilee?”
Them: “yes … but we don’t have it out and won’t bring it out until we sale out of another flavor”

Great place for a speciality ice-cream except they only had one kids scoop left when I got there. I was wanting a double scoop so that was disappointing. The kids liked it but who doesn't like ice-cream? I was wanting the pink bubble gum ice-cream. Maybe next time?

I rushed over before closing and got there at 8:49, but even though the sign says they close at 9:00, they were already closed. The workers inside ignored me at the door, and I wasn’t the only one—there were at least three other groups who showed up and were frustrated for the same reason. It doesn’t make sense to close before the posted hours.

Went last night and got the worst service on top of me waiting for ever to be spoke to or helped little crater face right ponytail girl made herself so busy to where she would not look at me then I read her lips what she whispered to the other girl who was fully doing everything and said something very racist to where it made sense why she never wanted to help me. The scoops was the tiniest scoops ever never again will I ever step foot in that establishment

A nice, charming young man named Amihan served me. 10/10 customer service, great smile, will be coming back again.

Apparently you guys lock your doors 10 minutes early? & your time shows open until 10, but you close at 9.

Brody sorn gave me a wonderful experience despite seeming to struggle to scoop peanut butter and chocolate ice cream. I saw him quiver at the wrist please look into this. Otherwise really good!
