Amaxing food. Great service. Great prices. Had dinner in the outdoor igloo. Beautiful atmosphere. Filet mignon was the best we ever had. Everything insane. The chef is amazing! Appetizers: Lobster Bisque. Buffalo Shrimp. Mozzarella Burrata. All amazing but the Burrata...OH MY ....DONT PASS IT UP!!!

We were looking for somewhere new to eat. We decided to try Alchemy boy were we impressed. Not only was the food fabulous but the service was outstanding! Never once did we have to ask for refills. We will definitely be returning. I can’t wait to eat in one of the outdoor bubbles this winter.

The restaurant is known for its pizza, and the good guy pizza is a customer favorite. The alchemy Burger was enjoyed, and the crack dip is a popular choice. During restaurant week, the fettuccine made in the parmesan wheel and the bolognese pasta were standouts. The buffalo shrimp are also customer favorites.
The restaurant offers a selection of drinks, including old fashions. Alchemy at Aldeen is accompanied by Rockford's premier public golf club, boasting the best views in Rockford overlooking the 18th green of Aldeen Golf Course. The food and beverage quality is high, and the staff receives stellar service, with Morgan being able to serve a table of 20 with accuracy and quickness. The spicy chicken sandwich and Cajun wings were amazing. As a vegetarian, the Pasta Fresco and Sweet & Sour Brussel Sprouts are recommended, with the sweet and sour brussel sprouts being highly recommended. The S’mores Pizza is heavily on the sweet side and best split with a large party. The lemon mascarpone cake tastes refreshing and delicious. In the winter, the heated igloos are a great place to grab a drink and hang with friends. Alchemy is always one of the number spots in the area. The grouper and tuna were enjoyed, and the music was very enjoyable.
