Hamburger was paper thin and crispy like a potato chip. My son couldn’t even bite into the grilled cheese the brought was so tough. Highly disappointed.

Please train your staff better. We waited 35 minutes after placing our order to get our food, 2 burgers and 2 fries.
Meanwhile, another gentleman ordered shortly after us and received his food first.
And, also, an employee ordered after her shift ended, and received her food first.
I understand there were drive thru people as well, but we should not have had to wait so long, as it seemed well staffed.

Ate at the Pittsburg, KS location.. the food wasn’t terrible and the staff was wonderful. But those prices are ridiculous. The food was decent, but I don’t plan on going back. You can go to a sit-down restaurant and get better quality for a lower price point.
