Found this diamond in the rough. Ordered Galbi short ribs and beef bulgogi. The food was delicious, mouth watering, savory. Authentic flavors. Customer service on point. Can’t wait to go back.

Got the chicken bowl from the food truck and it was good. The food was fresh and homemade tasting. The food truck menu was rather limited, but there were a few bowl and boba options.

My girlfriend and I have been big fans of the Bop Bop food truck for quite a while, and today we finally stopped by the brick and mortar location at the Rockford City Market. Everything was so good! I lived in South Korea for five years and am always looking for good Korean food, and this place absolutely gives me what I need. The bulgogi and spicy shrimp combo bowl is my new obsession! The owner is also so sweet and friendly. Thank you again and we will be back soon!

tried their food truck at sinissippi on a tuesday when they have all the trucks out there and now i’m hooked! it’s always super good and fast. i always feel good after done eating it too i can tell it’s healthy stuff

Such amazing food and service!!!! Everything was cooked well and had amazing flavor! We got the bulgogi bowl and the galbi bowl and they were both awesome!! Their teas are super good too! The owner is also super nice and cares so much about her customers! Definitely recommend this place for lunch or dinner. Plus they not only have the food truck, but they also have an awesome brick and mortar location right downtown! We Cant wait to come back!

literally such a cool place. i first discovered them from their food truck, but have visited their store front a few times and it’s just as cool. the employees are some of the coolest people ever, they are all so sweet and very chill. the food is some of the best i’ve ever had! i’d never had anything like the rice bowl before i tried it but i’m so glad i did. the soy garlic chicken is my favorite. the drinks are so refreshing and delicious! highly recommend, 10/10!! p.s,. i love when you you guys come to forest plaza!:))

The energy coming in feels great. The women at the cashier was very nice. I tried the korean corn dogs, and they were really good. I recommend getting the brown sugar milk tea if you decide to get anything to drink from there. It's the best in town!
