I love this place fun cute embroidered cups are beautiful in did a shaken espresso flavor Carmel, whole milk, Carmel drizzle, and tapioca balls very nice perfect for a little place to hang out, talk and just chill

I understand trying to streamline the ordering process. However, you lose the social interaction and personal commitment to customer service. All this for a drink that doesn't dazzle and then seal it in a plastic can with a lid that needs a special machine to put on. Sorry, just not worth the cost.

Took 20 minutes to get my drink (that I paid 10 bucks and some change for) and they gave me a regular instead of a large and i didn't have time to have them remake it. Cute drinks but I'm disappointed.

I used to say that I haven't ordered a single thing here that I haven't loved, but something has changed recently. Everything is so cloyingly sweet that I can't finish more than a few sips before I have to take a break. Then when I get back to it, it's melted and the texture isn't the same. It still tastes good, it's just only good for about 5 minutes and I have a sour taste in the back of my mouth for a while. Also, did you guys stop doing the oatly soft serve? Cuz that's not cool either 😢
There's currently two drinks in my freezer that have been there almost a week. I'll probably end up throwing them away. It's unfortunately a waste and I probably won't be going nearly as often as I did before
If you’re looking to order your coffee without any interaction of people this is your place! At first I was a little put off by it but then you get to see what all the options are and decide at your own pace at the kiosk, vs the quick split second decisions.
But, I will say, that the coffee we had was absolutely delicious, and I had the Better than anything as a shake and ooof is it amazing!!! Also I just love how they package them, you can grab coffee or drinks to go and not have to worry about it spilling, what a concept!

We waited to ask a question and the staff would not come to the counter to talk to us. They just turned around and went back to the kitchen. With all the flavors they have I am sure some people ask questions. We were disappointed in the customer service.
