The quality of the food there was horrible and the customer service there was overall bad. I was waiting in line for over 20 minutes and when I finally got up to the counter, the person at the counter said "yeah please give us a minute." Then went into the backroom for another 10 minutes. As soon I was about to leave, the person at the counter came back and smelt like weed. I ordered and when I got my food, it smelt horrible and was unpleasant. Never coming back again

The drinks are fine but one day I was in and a large burly woman in a candy cloud shirt was berating an employee in the lobby, who was clearly distressed.
Very unprofessional and certainly made me not want to give my money to this establishment

I was sitting waiting for my drinks to be finished, the worker dropped my shake on the floor, looked to see if anyone was looking (which i was) shook some ice-cream into the trash and proceeded to try to finish it. My husband said something to the staff where he was met with eyerolls, attitude, and dirty looks. I love going to candy cloud however this really changed the way I look at this place.
A diamond in the rough. VERY modern coffee / tea shop that only takes credit cards. You have to order through a kiosk and they just make your drink in the back and bring it to the counter. Not sure how I feel about this inpersonal service. If you're looking for a cozy, personalable atmosphere, this place isn't for you. But if you're just looking to grab and go, then it is. Drinks and snacks are delicious, so no complaints there.

The melts are delicious! I had the popper one recently! Pretzels and cake pops are amazing! My whole salon goes to candy cloud when we have the chance! Everyone that works there is also so sweet and very kind! The facility is always super clean and the turn around times for food/ drinks is incredible!
