Ordered dinner to go and they had deal second meal for six bucks. The strawberry French toast bake was really good. The broccoli chicken was very good.

Our server was very friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful. The steak tips served with Country Boy Breakfast were DELICIOUS, excellently seasoned.

I have not had a bad meal at Cracker Barrel. It is the foods that I grew up with from the south. I love going there and sitting down and having a nice country meal.

Vegetarian options: Vegetables and such is all I see for vegetarian salads, etc.

Parking: They have quite a few spots. I’m gonna guess somewhere around 75 to 100.

Kid-friendliness: Offer Kids meals along with a kids menu that they can color on my grandson loves their chicken strip meal off the kids menu

Wheelchair accessibility: They have tables and also easy to get into the building in wheelchairs or a walker

Great food and great staff, so nice and friendly, absolutely recommend this restaurant. Our family's orders came in quickly, all dishes were hot and well seasoned. Our server was very patient taking our orders and checking on us throughout the meal. There are so many excellent choices on the menu, and we highly recommend the Grilled rainbow trout, Shepperd's pie, and Pecan pie if you have room for it.

It's a great place for food. Their food is always so delicious and this location stayed true to the name. Our waitress so very friendly and helpful. She brought everything out in a timely manner.

Had bad experience today. Signed in w.woman at entrance, giving my name and phone # so I could receive a text. Waited 30 min and ck ed with signin desk at dining room entrance. Couldn't find my name OR number and said wait would be another 40-45 minutes. Food not that good

We eat here pretty often in fall / winter. Never had a problem.
This time itTook 13 minutes to be greeted at the table. (several other patrons were complaining & asking for service, too.) The place was not packed. It was about 7 pm. Hadn't eaten since brunch, so very hungry. Ordered 4 dinners, 2 appetizers, 4 drinks. Appetizers & drinks were delish & pretty quick. Then all down hill from there. It took us 52 minutes from the time we were seated for our meals to come. 2 of them were not even warm! The potatoes were one cold lump. My lukewarm Southern Fried chicken (4 pcs) was delivered on one plate with no sides or bread. No bread for the whole table. The other dinner was cold and without gravy (on the meat, potatoes, and the extra she ordered.) I asked AGAIN for my sides. She came back w/my "loaded mashed potatoes" (up charge) which were barely warm w/some cheese & bacon tossed on top. (still no bread or green beans or drink refills) I told her that the last time I ordered them they were hot w/butter, sour cream, green onions, cheese, bacon. So she came back w/small containers of butter, sour cream, & onions! Still cold potatoes. I asked for a mgr. She then brought back green beans & the bread - only 4 biscuits - w/o the 3 muffins. That took more than 10 minutes. Mgr was very kind. Asked what was wrong. I told him all of it. My 2 kids were finished w/their meals & we still didn't have anything we could eat! He agreed to go make the loaded mashed himself. He did & they were perfect. Asked what he could do. He remade the other meal to go - correctly. He comped the whole meal. I ordered & paid for 2 of the "to go" meals @ $6 each & 2 of the new desserts. One of the meatloafs was literally flat like a crepe! She brought a new one. Unbelievable! And she did get 2 of us refills on drinks to go finally. She kept blaming the whole thing on the fact that they only had 1 or 2 cooks & she had to help in the kitchen. I've never had such bad service before. We were at the restaurant more than 2 hours by time we paid for the to go's and the desserts. We won't be back for a long time, if ever.

The food lacked heat. It was warm but not even close to being hot. Some parts were cold. The corn bread was over baked horribly and the server brought us our silverware after we got our food. The atmosphere was the only good part of my valentines day dinner. Wouldn't come back for the food.

Country fried steak was a bit dry & they didn't give enough gravy. They had a large group coming in, and they set up their table a bit clise yo us. Felt like they were sitting at our table. That's how close. We found ourselves moving our table over to give a gap between us.
Peach strawberry lemonade was good. Our waiter & cashier was nice. They do need to bring the prices down a bit with the merch.

I ordered on my CB app. Lots of problems, especially trying up pay. The verification was not coming through, the paternity came 4 times!
