O.M.G. a must go to if you're in town ... Rockford IL. The cocktails are A+ and the menu is full of options. Something for everyone. I recommend the Tuna Poke Bowl, the spouse liked the Champagne Risotto. start with Truffle fries!!

Delicious food!! First time here and it was amazing!! From the heavenly focaccia bread w/ ricotta and honeycomb appetizer to the lobster gnocchi, it was all on point!! And our server, Talyn, was adorable!! so sweet, welcoming, and gracious!! Thanks for a great night!! Will def be back!! ❤️👍🏻👌💯 Can wait to go back and try other menu options!!

First time here on Saturday night and already planning our next visit!! Loved the vibe from the moment I walked in. We had homemade focaccia and brussel sprouts for appetizer. Fantastic! Then filet in peppercorn cream sauce and risotto for dinner which was excellent. Others had salmon and rip cap which they also raved about. Excellent wine choices. Love this new restaurant!!

I’ve loved everything I’ve had here! The food is top notch, as is the service. But they really set themselves apart in my opinion, when it comes to the wine list and cocktail menu. These drinks are truly perfectly balanced craft cocktails and mocktails. They’ve made a gin fan out of me, and that’s saying a lot!

Crave is hands down one of the best spots in Rockford for drinks and exceptional service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine warmth and care that made me feel instantly welcomed. The attention to detail in their service is unmatched—every interaction felt personal, intentional, and aimed at creating an unforgettable experience. The drinks, crafted by Ava Vitale, were nothing short of amazing, blending creativity and sophistication in every sip. Their 90-point wine list was a standout, taking the guesswork out of finding the perfect glass. The atmosphere struck the perfect balance between modern elegance and inviting comfort, with cozy booths, striking artwork, and a lively view of North Perryville Road. Crave is more than just a restaurant—it’s a place where great food, drinks, and hospitality come together seamlessly, and I can’t recommend it enough.

Beautiful place. Great service. I had the Lobster roll. Extremely too many onions. More onions than lobster. I would go back to try something other.

Our second visit to Crave!! The first visit was opening weekend. Drinks and dinner was slow but delicious. So we gave it a second try and I am so glad we did!! Excellent wine selection, the sour dough app & the Chocolate cake were amazing!!! We are looking forward to our future visits!!

First experience at this newer Rockford restaurant. Great vibe and we had an amazing server. We ordered the focaccia (DYNAMITE), brick chicken (DELISH), and burger (A+). Drinks were fantastic. My wife loved the desert she ordered as well (lemon cheesecake). Will definitely return! Love a place in Rockford where you can make a reservation online!

The best smoked old fashioned I've ever had. We didn't have any of the food so I cannot comment however, the food that we did see being served looked and smelled amazing.

Starting with the positives- the drinks were delicious. Good quality. We had made reservations, and our table was ready. But we didn't have the "experience" that I thought we would have. Upon arrival, we were asked to wait to the side- no greeting, no "welcome". Our server gave us the feeling that we were inconveniencing her. She was going through the motions. Crave's opening page talks about making the customer feel special, that hospitality is as important as the food. I did not get that vibe. Even when we left, the owner made eye contact with us, but did not thank us for coming. The food was pricey, especially since there are no extras (salad, soup or bread). I had the prawns which were overcooked and overly seasoned. My husband's steak was also overly seasoned so it was hard to enjoy the flavor of the quality steak. Even though it was medium rare, it was cold. Lastly, there is a 3% service charge added to the bill, no matter what method of payment you use. I was told it was because of "inflation and rising costs". Adding extra costs to the bill seems like a strange way to thank your customers. No need to come back.

Rockford has been waiting for a restaurant like Crave! The food and service are Chicago level. And the cocktails… some of the best I’ve ever had. I HIGHLY recommend you try Crave Kitchen and Cocktails’
