Thursday night me and my partner came for some food to-go and we’re just going to head into the drive thru but I had some urge to go inside this day and enjoy my food here. I can confidently say I was not disappointed. Every gentleman working this night did a phenomenal job at customer connections. From the sir taking our order chit chatting to my partner about shoes which got him excited to the sir who delivered my pretzel bites to the table and suggested I try it with their signature sauce and kindly bringing a sauce pack out for me! I wish I remembered their names but overall everyone working this night was super nice and made us feel so welcomed. Definitely will be returning to dine in soon!

The lady that helped me and my family was the best employee I have ever met i unfortunately forgot her name but she was amazing! Little slow but it was very busy but food was good! Will be returning when in the area!

UPDATE Always good... that was how it use to be. Not sure if its under new management but they can't seem to get orders right or food right anymore. Highly disappointed last 3 times i have been there.

Good customer service but the food always tastes old the meat and vegetables and the oil the fries were fried in was old . It’s a location issue.

I stopped here Saturday November 30th at lunch time had to wait a few minutes to get waited on because all the children that work here were too busy talking and laughing and playing so then when I finally order I had ordered a Swiss patty melt meal to go I see my food is sitting up at the counter all these kids are standing around talking finally I get my food young kid brings it over to me no thank you no nothing just hands it to me and walks away I get out of my truck start going down the road and I pull out my sandwich I have a double Swiss cheeseburger I'm thinking either the manager is absent or not very good at their job

Part of why I enjoyed the experience at Culver's is because they always have broad mix staff people young high school kids working hard, learning how to earn a living. And income to help with college and then of course, the senior citizens that they have behind the counter are all top quality people. They're always kind, polite and extremely helpful and courteous. Unlike some of the other establishments that offer fast food Alternatives.
It was good! I see why so many ppl love Culvers. Good service,food&of course!! The custard is forever what you want from there.

Ordered a double deluxe with bacon. When it arrived, the bacon was burnt black and smelled charred. When I returned it to the counter, the manager asked what it was 😂 I said you made it and you didn't know what it is ? After I told her what it was, they made a "new" one and the bacon was raw ,I would recommend any Culver's, but this one
