I had a disappointing experience at Culver's on March 4 at 6:45 pm. Not only were they out of fries, but when I suggested a comparable substitute, I was told there would be an upcharge. I found this to be unfair and frustrating. As a customer, I expect better service and options when items are unavailable. Hopefully, Culver's can improve their handling of inventory shortages and customer satisfaction in the future.
This is the first time that I have ever gotten cold fries and my hamburger didn’t have what is ask for in it. Very disappointing, but it can happen anywhere and it won’t keep me from going back.
VERY impressed with the PPE and social distancing displayed at this location ! That coupled with the fact that they were quite busy and the food was fresh, hot, and served in a timely manner !! Kudos to the employees at the Phelps Culver's location!❤
