I'm a little salty because I was in drive-through just yo get a gift card, o told them that at the speaker where you order, and I had to wait behind a guy while they made his order (about 10 minutes) they did NOT have him pull up as usual. Then, even after he pulled away, they ignored me another 5 minutes. I'm guessing they were freaking out trying to figure out what I ordered :( they could have just asked!! Communication is the key people.

Had to plug the laptop in and work while on road here and let me just say i’m impressed for a Culver’s. Bathroom was spotless, and the staff was unbelievably friendly and went out of their way to ask if i needed anything before i even ordered when i was at the table. well done and much appreciated

We love to come here coz it always serves the food hot...I mean hot..newly cooked..waited for a while coz they have a long line, might have forgotten us but they came outside and ask if I am still waiting for my order...and they apologize and give me my hot food, complimentary coupon and new scoops of ice cream....😊 that is why me and my family love this place, you don't see those everywhere now...Culver's still got them! Thank you..Kudos to Culver's at Benington...
