When my boyfriend and I went in to get late night food, Charron was serving and he was amazing. His service and attitude were awesome- and the food was great, as usual. He refilled our drinks without even being asked- he visited our table multiple times, even though he was the only server on. He was always kind and super pleasant. We will be back to this location for sure. Great service and great food. :)

Charron was fantastic, he happened to be alone there serving the night we went in because someone called off, and even though he was on his own, we actually had better service than when there have been more servers. :) He was attentive, refilled drinks without us even asking, and on top of it, he had a wonderful demeanor and was super kind and pleasant. The food was excellent, hot, and exactly as ordered. The breakfast slam is very affordable at $6.99 for 2 eggs, bacon, and pancakes or waffles. We ate there a couple times this week during or visit to Rockford. The server was quick and the host was friendly and sat us promptly!

I just had an awful experience 😕 My husband & I stopped in for a bite to eat. The hostess had to take our initial drink order and told us that our server would be with us momentarily. About half an hour passed and we finally saw our waitress who took our order. We sat there for another half hour with no sign of our waitress, so I politely walked up front to speak to the hostess to see what was going on with our order. She informed me that there was a large party that came in before us so there was a bit of a wait but our food should be up soon. At this point I told her I'd rather just pay for our drinks and go, because we'd already been there for quite a long time with no service. Then, our food comes up, so we agree to stay and start walking back to our table when we hear AND see our waitress talking badly about us to the kitchen staff and another waitress so loud the whole restaurant can hear it clear as day and they're all laughing at us. I asked to speak to the manager and he simply said "he'd talk to her" and that I didn't have to pay for my drinks. Needless to say, we left completely humiliated and without dinner. I will not be going back again.
