The other day an employee named Cece was incredibly nice and helped me find a drink I’d enjoy she new exactly what I would like she also made the drink herself and got it done quickly amazing service!
Usually no problems but this morning we went in and stood at the counter for 5+ minutes and were only told “we’ll be with you soon” only to wait several more minutes before leaving for another place.
Staff was slammed with orders- there were three people working and they were working hard, but we didn’t feel like we were valued.
