hands down my least favorite dunkin in the rockford area. rude employees and my order is almost never made right. it’s worth your time and gas to avoid the headache and go somewhere else or to another dunkin.

This place is sterile like most places you go into these days that is a fast food ish type location. It's an in it's an out but they don't want you talking or interacting with their employees anymore. All employees have been replaced by kiosks if you want somebody you have to ask for somebody. It is no longer a hey thank you for coming in how can I help you it is I'm not going to talk to you Go over here and push them buttons and I hope you understand how to do it. The prices are atrocious are you kidding me for two little quiche looking things it was $5 and they were about the size of half of an egg it was terrible. The flavor was me I almost like they added no seasonings or anything again just trying to cut back and make everything as cheap as possible to maximize profits. If I'm not on a business trip I'll never stop there if I'm out of business trip I'll try to go somewhere else first I'm sure the coffee is fine but if you're looking for an actual something to eat if it ain't donuts skip this place

The workers were very nice but very busy. There should be more people on staff at that time. The inside of the building was extremely hot. And it was only 50° outside. Very uncomfortable.
Vegetarian options: There's a few options without meat.
Parking: Free small parking lot. You have to come in off of Sundae St.
Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs. Seating area is cramped but has tables.

I just want to know if the dunkalatte is really discontinued cause i came monday they said it was back so they made it (it was really good) and today they said discontinued again but its not crossed out on the sign 😭

First time I came here about a week ago I bought 2 donuts and one of them had a BIG bite taken out of it. Nastiest thing ever. Came back yesterday and decided to give them another try and I bought another 2 donuts and one had a bite taken out of it. Are the workers not fed? How is it that this happen twice in such short time? Or even happened at all.

My bacon was cold never had cold bacon before order it all the time from multiple locations. Called the store and he said this is how it’s served. It’s only warm when it’s fresh. So I love that I got cold not fresh bacon. Probably won’t ever order it again since that’s the case

People here have 0 customer service skills ! Bought a refresher disgusting thur the drive thru went inside to exchange for something else and the girl at the counter gave me attitude by saying then what do you want after telling her she went on to attend the drive thru as if I had not been a paying customer! Took her sweet time and they HAD NO DONUTS ITS 430pm ! No sandwiches No Donuts and there drinks suck ! Never again to DD rather buy gas station donuts !

This Dunkin always is out of donuts, out of coffee. It seems they do their cleaning around 12-1 pm during lunch hour and their equipment is down. I've been on SIX separate occasions where they said they didn't have coffee or donuts. It was strange.
