I wouldn’t give this one place one star if I didn’t have to to share a post. Got my coffee this morning tasted weird about a quarter inch of coffee grounds in the bottom. This is disgusting.

Ordered at the counter at 3:58pm. 3 iced caramel machiatos. At 4:26 we finally recieved the drinks. They were milk and coffee with no caramel.

I wish I would have got a receipt. I work in food service and try to be patient and understanding but this was ridiculous. The worst service I have experienced at a restaurant in a very long time, it was actually shocking how bad it was.

If I’m posting this then they’re doing bad job. Last 3 times over the course of 2 months they have never made proper macchiato. Tonight 03/06/25 with my mobile order for Macchiato and some food, I came up to the door at 6:50pm and they’re already cleaning to close the store. Bad management all over the country when it comes to dunkin. Can’t even guess how much money I’ve lost when I order and they won’t make it because it’s 1HR BEFORE CLOSING.

THIS is what I ordered, and THIS is what I got. This is the 2nd Friday in a row that I've ordered drinks that are supposed to come with whipped cream and toppings and they serve me slosh. Last Friday I ordered a lava cake cold brew and got none of the foam and crumbles (or whatever those toppings they're supposed to put on there are) and was served iced coffee (which iced coffee is like $2 cheaper btw), then today I gave them another shot and asked them for the strawberry shortcake coolata and they gave me this weird slushy 🙃

I went to get some coffee in the morning before work, when I got to work and took my first sip I wanted to spit it out!! It was so disgusting! I called them and let them know it doesn't taste right at all and she asked if it was a hot coffee I got, I said yes and she said it's decaf. She then said they are out of regular coffee. I said so you gave me decaf?! She said sorry and put me down for a remake for today. I went today and ordered my coffee as usual, then I asked this time if they have regular and she said I think so.... I asked her to make sure because I don't want it if it's not. She told me to just pull around. I asked again at the window, and she said yes it's regular. I got it and it seemed a little darker and a stronger taste than original, but went with it anyway and tried to drink it all day, only to get to the bottom and it was a cup full of grounds. It has been disappointing to say the least! I hope they can get it together! People spend too much money everyday on coffee for it to be crap.

The nicest looking Dunkin’ Donuts we have attended. The young man at the counter was nice. Food order was very tasty and was done quickly. 5 stars

Self order kiosk was fine but service for the orders was slow, items were unavailable, communication when order was ready was slow. Waited longer for one (basic) coffee than the food :(

Ordered for delivery and was completely missing 3/4 items i ordered which was ALL of the food. i drove all the way down to the store to pick up the order myself, where they were disrespectful when i told them i was missing basically all my order. not once did anyone say “im sorry,” just stood there upset that they had to remake an order that was never made in the first place.

I don’t think people at this location know how to properly mix matcha..been here twice and not a good experience. As a former shift lead for a Dunkin’, my matcha had a lot of powder at the bottom and was at the top of my drink…also the girl in drive thru gave me a stank face. If you are going to apologize for a mistake, please actually mean the apology and not give a rude face when apologizing.

Please work on your customer service skills and retrain employees on how to make drinks
