Ordered a dozen donuts. There was quite clearly a bite taken out of one of them. Why would anyone do that?

We went through the drive through and headed back home. We didn't take our first sips until we got home to realize the drink they made us was wrong. After finishing what we needed to at home, we went back with our drinks to let them know it was wrong. They apologized and made our drinks correctly right away. There was no one in lobby so we stayed drinking our lattes and watching Jeopardy on TV. The reason I'm giving this experience a favorable rating is because we all make mistakes. It's how you respond to it that makes the difference. They were polite, friendly and apologized right away.

Not one of the three employees acknowledge the people in front of us or us. We waited 10 minutes just to be talked to. Watched the mess up 3 orders in a row and get upset at a customer because she didnt get the right drink. The scanner didnt work and they had to run around to find 7 cents in charge, asking if we really wanted our change back. Worst Dunkin experience ever. Just got our order as I wrote this. It wasn't made correctly either. There currently isn't one person in this store that doesnt ha e a problem with their order. Just a bunch of remakes and refunds

Slowest drive through ever. 25 minutes for 3 cars.
HAIR IN FOOD!! Was about to come leave a 5 star review and as I’m opening my breakfast wrap I see a long hair hanging out that’s embedded in the egg and cheese. GAG is all I could do. Wasn’t able to turn around as my son had a soccer tournament. When hair nets aren’t worn this is what happens and no one was wearing a hair net. Ugh!
Other than that disgusting mishap everything else was great. The location is super nice and clean, staff friendly, food that we could eat without a hair in it was good
