People here have 0 customer service skills ! Bought a refresher disgusting thur the drive thru went inside to exchange for something else and the girl at the counter gave me attitude by saying then what do you want after telling her she went on to attend the drive thru as if I had not been a paying customer! Took her sweet time and they HAD NO DONUTS ITS 430pm ! No sandwiches No Donuts and there drinks suck ! Never again to DD rather buy gas station donuts !

This Dunkin always is out of donuts, out of coffee. It seems they do their cleaning around 12-1 pm during lunch hour and their equipment is down. I've been on SIX separate occasions where they said they didn't have coffee or donuts. It was strange.

Update.4/7/2024This place is horrible. Went there to buy donuts at 7 pm. They had zero donuts....Zero donuts at a donut shop. They close at 8:30 today....why the hell are they even open. This franchise needs to close.They have no regards to people's time ..I shunted my drive to come here to grab donuts and got zero donutsWill not waste my time to come here, unfortunately. I actually like DD and was happy when this place opened here on State Street so close to my work..***********Standing out side this Dunkin at 7:41pm and the door is locked...there has been previous occasions of similar experience. Once I went there, and they didn't have ANY donuts....what's the point of being a donut shop when you can't even have the base ingredient....Really need to up their game.... The other outlet on Riverside is no better either..

Great drinks but the service here is horrible. The workers don’t say a word to you at the counter and most seemed unfriendly. Not even a “good day” or “thanks” to anybody. Not to mention I tried to order at the counter but they INSISTED I use the electronic order screens by completely ignoring me at the counter. I wanted to pay in cash but was forced to use my card because of having to order on the screens. I myself am a CSR and a good one, so I know what good customer service is, and these guys don’t have it.

Stopped on the way back to Wisconsin late morning on a Monday. Used the kiosk, but it would not scan my app. I tried multiple times while multiple workers tried to avoid contact. I finally said Excuse Me, the kiosk won't scan my payment. "Yah, it's not working." Really? There were 5 employees doing their best to ignore actually helping anyone.

I stopped in today to get some coffee and breakfast. The order kiosk was not working properly and I wanted to order in person with a live person. Two workers, one working, the other one, a dark skinned woman- walked right past me and did her best to ignore me, pretending to be busy- but not doing anything. I waited at least 5 minutes, but nobody took my order as I waited patiently at the counter, so I left to take my business somewhere else. This type of rude behavior does not merit my business nor yours, and the indifferent "worker" who was on the clock here at about 12 noon on February 27, 2024 should be fired. She's costing your business. I would leave ZERO stars if I could for this review! There was NO SERVICE, NO food, and NO atmosphere. This Dunkin Donuts sucks! I won't come back here.

I drive much farther to go to this particular location. Fresh and tasty food. Hot coffee and polite, friendly service.I have a different location very close (2 minutes away) but my experience there is night and day with the freshly made food. I rather drive much further to grab breakfast here. That says it all.
