We went through the drive through and headed back home. We didn't take our first sips until we got home to realize the drink they made us was wrong. After finishing what we needed to at home, we went back with our drinks to let them know it was wrong. They apologized and made our drinks correctly right away. There was no one in lobby so we stayed drinking our lattes and watching Jeopardy on TV.

HAIR IN FOOD!! Was about to come leave a 5 star review and as I’m opening my breakfast wrap I see a long hair hanging out that’s embedded in the egg and cheese. GAG is all I could do. Wasn’t able to turn around as my son had a soccer tournament. When hair nets aren’t worn this is what happens and no one was wearing a hair net. Ugh!

Other than that disgusting mishap everything else was great. The location is super nice and clean, staff friendly, food...

Self order kiosk was fine but service for the orders was slow, items were unavailable, communication when order was ready was slow. Waited longer for one (basic) coffee than the food :(
