Uncle Charlie's is a small, clean place with several excellent employees, Carl is the best. He's 77, tells the best stories, keeps my drink full, and always is great to see. I have averaged winning $1200 on 2 to 4 visits per month for 2 years. Believe it or not, discipline is as important as luck.
