Stopped by to check out the place. I didn't have much time but had a beer and a cup of chili. Place was nice and clean. Chili was good. A bit toward the salty side but that is just my personal preference....there's a lot of ways to make chili. Staff was quick and friendly. Prices seemed fair. You should be able to find something at a price you are comfortable with. It's all relative and you couldn't park in Chicago for what a meal costs in Rockford. Great Irish Pub with good menu selection, fair prices, and good service. Gene and the staff are great folks and do a wonderful job. I have never had any food items that weren't above average and some of them are fantastic. If you haven't been, you should certainly check them out.
Absolutely the best burger in Rockford period and perfectly prepared . Fresh fresh fresh and quality meat no comparison anywhere in Rockford I mean anywhere ! I know it's just a burger .... well for me a burger is not a burger unless it's done right ....
