Giuseppe's Pizza & Italian Restaurant

We were visiting from Seattle & my friend who grew up eating at Giuseppe’s 45 + yrs ago recommended we go! Eggplant parm was perfect. Cannolis - wow! It’s hard to find a true family-run restaurant with delicious recipes passed on. Highly recommended.

Oh my goodness this is the best place in Rockford for pizza. Okay I'm sure it's a common argument for someone's favorite pizza place.

For the last 20+ years this has been our families go to for the best pizza in Rockford. Nothing else is close for quality and taste.

Kids favorite pizza is a large pepperoni and black olive.

My wife's favorite is the stuffed pizza with sausage, pepperoni & onions. Making my mouth water just thinking about it!

We ordered Jalapeno Poppers, the Garlic Bread, the Stuffed Pepperoni, and the Cannolis for dessert. All of which were fantastic. The sauce was perfect. As soon as we walked and smelled the air, we knew this was a real pizza place. Not a chain, or some crummy one. They had exactly what you think of when you picture pizza. Service was fantastic, prices were very reasonable, and it left a lasting impression

I'm the guy that was telling the waitress I think her name was Rosario about Tommy and Sammy on YouTube me and my wife we take the walking tours of Sicily and it's just great timing and Sammy and then they Tommy's parents are Sicilian and they go and they go to all the restaurants in Sicily I mean it's just great bed and bath 65 hours a night they were saying they go to the place where they make the cannolis at I didn't know that but anyways anybody's out there check out that YouTube video you can go with these walking tours anywhere anywhere around the world it's really quite interesting the food was excellent then I had a cannoli oh my God it was no disrespect but it's like Jesus is in the kitchen there cooking with those people it's great I mean it really the cannoli was good I bought two more to go home and I had another one at night time I shouldn't have but I did before I went to bed on my own but it was really good it's an excellent place and I got to go back for some more cannolis I wonder if they deliver cannolis I'm telling you that is the best cannoli I have had I stopped eating chocolate for Lent and every place you go it's already premixed to go to Valley whatever they just squirt it out in a tube in the it's not it's not Italian this woman makes cannoli like it should be made Mamma Mia God bless you guys you guys work hard at that restaurant and I'm sure a lot of people appreciate it arrivederci

Amazing pizza place set off a main street. They are a local classic and well worth driving to. The pizza doesn't disappoint and it is considered one of our go to places.

The location is very very casual with plenty of parking. The staff is helpful and professional. They have a small number of tables and a prompt wait team. I would call ahead if your bringing a larger group.
