Tried the new toasted Italian sub, its ok. Much of the cheese was stuck to the paper, was a mess. The sandwich itself felt very thin, like it was lacking. This location is very narrow and echoes.

Me and my friends came in within half an hour before close but we were still greeted warmly and energetically. The two employees were friendly and helpful as we were ordering, and completed our sandwiches quickly. We had a delightful experience so please keep up the good work.

It shouldn't take 21 minutes to make two sandwiches when no one else (besides the employee and I) are in the store.

Well I got a chicken caesar wrap and I was very upset when I got back to my hotel to eat it and there was only chicken on one half and no croutons on it very disappointing!

I ordered delivery on 3/11/2025 directly from Jimmy John's website. I called about a problem with delivery and the young lady working told me she did not have a driver so they used Uber to deliver my sandwich.
Here's the problem, the driver sent me texts in Spanish only. I responded in English and nothing. My order shows delivered but never received. When I contacted the store, I was told she was going to refund my order. I never received my refund.
I contacted Jimmy John's customer service to simply just get my money back. The response I got from Shelby Wingler was completely unacceptable. She told me to contact Uber with my issue. I DID NOT ORDER with Uber. I will stick to other sandwich chains and never use them again! I order for work purposes and personal orders. Never again.

Order a BLT with provolone and extra onions but seems like I was speaking in Chinese because they didn’t do it no napkin or mayonnaise and the service let say I been having more kindness from a ATM and the person it take my order
Definitely I will consider to take my business with the competition and the future

Been ordering the same thing on an average of once a week for 2 years ,it's always something...when I get what I order in a timely matter is rare,but today was the straw!! I had to repeat my card number no less then 5 times ,just to be put on hold and a new voice asked 3 more times I repeated it to be put on hold again!!after several minutes I just hung up I'm at work I've always tipped well even though I seldomly get my order right ..I'm done with them now I will not be ordering from you again

Took a friend to lunch to cheer him up wasn't have a great day and the service at this place was absolute crap young people should be trained in more than just how to prepare food The only thing I didn't have to do was go back there and make the sandwich myself The kid was not friendly at all and he threw our sandwiches on the counter said here's your food didn't put them on a tray just threw them on a counterwrapped I'll never go there again....

Terrible service. 3 girls on their phones the whole time. Both sandwiches were wrong and the couldn’t even cut them in half after marking that’s how we wanted it. Couldn’t even be bother to make a sandwich properly. I’m sure their phones were in their hands while making my food too. ?

Got case of food poisoning from Store next to Xfinity, on State st. First bite, knew something wasn’t right. The significance of Warm Mayo on my sandwich, caused the disposal, after second bite. Very sick 28 hrs later! Stay Away!!
