Order a BLT with provolone and extra onions but seems like I was speaking in Chinese because they didn’t do it no napkin or mayonnaise and the service let say I been having more kindness from a ATM and the person it take my order Definitely I will consider to take my business with the competition and the future

Been ordering the same thing on an average of once a week for 2 years ,it's always something...when I get what I order in a timely matter is rare,but today was the straw!! I had to repeat my card number no less then 5 times ,just to be put on hold and a new voice asked 3 more times I repeated it to be put on hold again!!after several minutes I just hung up I'm at work I've always tipped well even though I seldomly get my order right ..I'm done with them now I will not be ordering from you again

Took a friend to lunch to cheer him up wasn't have a great day and the service at this place was absolute crap young people should be trained in more than just how to prepare food The only thing I didn't have to do was go back there and make the sandwich myself The kid was not friendly at all and he threw our sandwiches on the counter said here's your food didn't put them on a tray just threw them on a counterwrapped I'll never go there again....

Terrible service. 3 girls on their phones the whole time. Both sandwiches were wrong and the couldn’t even cut them in half after marking that’s how we wanted it. Couldn’t even be bother to make a sandwich properly. I’m sure their phones were in their hands while making my food too. ?

Got case of food poisoning from Store next to Xfinity, on State st.
First bite, knew something wasn’t right.
The significance of Warm Mayo on my sandwich, caused the disposal, after second bite.
Very sick 28 hrs later! Stay Away!!

Sandwiches weren't cut or labeled as they usually are and the employees seemed that they didn't want to be bothered with doing their job or to try to please a customer. It's a shame that you spend your money but can't even pay for service

Don't place online orders here, my sandwich looked like it had been puched! One of my drink cups was broken in the bottom and spilled everywhere in my car! Can clearly tell the staff at this location doesn't care!

It was my first time at this location and I probably won't be back. The staff were somewhat friendly but not entirely. They were out of the wheat bread for my sandwich which happens I understand. I was okay with them substituting another bread instead. When I was leaving after picking up my order no one said have a nice day or thank or anything at all which was uncomfortable. But that wasn't even my biggest issue. I ordered two of their new salads, the potato salad and pasta salad and got home and discovered they were both expired. It literally had a sticker on it that said use by the previous day's date. So I didn't feel safe eating them so that was disappointing and a waste. Overall, my whole experience at this location was not good at all. I don't recommend coming here.
